Jiangsu Capt Technology: Party A   Customer Company: Party B       Party A should provide materials like pictures/videos and certificates.   Party B can use Party A’s trademark and any patents during the distribution.   Party A should help to design posters and videos according to the requirements of Party B.   Technical supports, after-sale service guidance, spare parts follow up in time, explanation of products.       Party B shall actively cooperate with Party A to carry out marketing efforts in the designated territory, including online marketing, exhibitions, events and so on.   Party B shall notify Party A the forthcoming marketing events in advance and to acquire the backing and participation of Party A.   Both parts shall collaborate together and to share the activity fee, etc.       PS: Our MOQ is 1 set, and we can do as you required, with your company info on the machine, we can OEM for you.         Any question, please do feel free to contct with us.       Your feedback will be highly appreciated!       OICO SERVICE DEPARTMENT
